We are hiring Head Chef ($5000-7000) and Sous Chef ($3500-$5000)

The Head Chef/Sous Chef is in charge of kitchen operations. Ideally with experience and expertise in healthier food preparation. He is a professional and provides strong leadership to the team. He works closely with the management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage smoothly the kitchen operation and kitchen team
- Efficient food preparation and food costing
- Ensure good food quality and hygiene
- Source and handle food ingredients suppliers
- Menu planning and design

**Requirements**:
