**Job Position: Fragrance Evaluator Trainee**

As a Fragrance Evaluator Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey into the world of fragrance evaluation and development. Under the guidance of experienced fragrance evaluators and perfumers, you will learn the art and science of assessing and formulating fragrances. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fragrances and eager to develop their skills in this unique field.

**Key duties and responsibilities
Sensory Evaluation: Develop your olfactory skills by actively participating in fragrance evaluation sessions. Learn to identify and describe various fragrance notes and components.

Feedback and Analysis: Provide constructive feedback on fragrance submissions, assisting in the iterative development process. Your feedback will be crucial in creating exceptional fragrances.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of fragrance evaluations, ensuring accurate and organized documentation for reference and quality control.

Lab Assistance: Collaborate with experienced fragrance evaluators and perfumers in the lab to assist in fragrance formulation, ingredient selection, and sample preparation.

Quality Control: Assist in quality control processes to ensure that fragrances meet the highest standards of excellence and consistency.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor fragrances to contribute fresh ideas and insights to our fragrance development process.

Training: Actively participate in training programs and workshops designed to enhance your knowledge of fragrance evaluation techniques and principles.

**Required Skills**:
Diploma or equivalent; a degree in chemistry, biology, or marketing skills relative to fragrance

A strong passion for fragrances and a desire to learn and grow in this field.

Excellent sensory perception, particularly in identifying scents and fragrance components.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, detailed feedback.

Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate documentation.
