**About our group**:
Circularity and Customer Service Operations manages Worldwide warranty obligations on all products sold by Seagate, both Core (HDD) and Systems by providing replacement or credit to Customers.

Customer returned parts are ship to partner for asset recovery, place in 3 regional buffer stock location and ship as replacement.

We are looking for an outstanding talent with planning/forecasting knowledge to join our planning team. You will have opportunity to perform in region inventory analysis and cross region inventory rebalancing. You will also communicate with our partners and suppliers, drive them to deliver and meet the forecast plan.

Though this is an individual role based in Singapore, you are expected to work closely within the planning team.

**About the role - you will**:

- Prepare weekly measurement report including inventory, demand, in transit shipments etc.
- Analyze weekly inventory status worldwide, rebalance between location to maintain min average weekly demand. Maintain inventory targets within agreed level.
- Communicate with supplier on inventory shortages if required.
- Day to day backlog management - providing substitution to AM or call center to close on timely manner.
- 2nd back-up between planners.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments.

**About you**:

- Effective team player and good interpersonal skill to work within and with other related departments in Seagate or suppliers, etc. Strong commitment and meticulous personality. Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong analytical skills. Able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.

**Your experience includes**:

- Preferably with planning or material planning experience. Proficient in Excel especially formulars.
- Strong analytical & communication skill.
- Team spirit, respectful way of working with others.
- English and Chinese Proficient language capability required
