- Handle statistics surveys and statutory matters

- Keep abreast of key changes in accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist in finance and investment related projects
- Assist in tenancy management such as preparation of new/renewal of tenancy agreements and related matters
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters
- Assist in any other work as may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Detailed, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Possess good written and communications skills in English and Chinese
- Able to meet tight timeline
- Experience in Xero will be an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately
