Singapore LIRON TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Full time

Building and Plant systems maintenance - system such as heating, ventilation, clean room, dry room and air purification, electrical plumbing and water purification, security and fire protection systems. To maintain and troubleshoot issues and co-ordinating repair works.
- Compliance with relevant authority on safety, energy and environmental regulations, developing and implementing safety procedures, conduct regular inspections and to ensure compliance to meet latest regulatory requirements.
- To Plan and execute the necessary changes to support the introduction of new technologies and equipment. Create, modify and design new spaces to meet the needs. Co-ordinating with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of new expansion project plan.
- To monitor and manage the performance and life cycle of facilities assets, its renewal, upgrading and disposal.
- Project budget and cost control.
- Analyse project costs and preparing budgets.
- Design, develop and oversee the implementation of facility expansion plan. Co-ordinate with internal and external parties during the work execution phase.
