Senior Retail Operations Executive, Southeast Asia

**Position**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Retail Director in the development and implementation of retail action plans to achieve target sales
- Extract, consolidate and analyze quantitative and qualitative sales reports of boutiques in Southeast Asia
- Monitor operation status (retail KPIS, CRM) of boutiques and provide recommendations/ solutions to improve retail operation regularly to the Retail Director
- Communicate all operational policies and procedures to boutique teams in a thorough and timely manner and together with the Boutique Managers, ensure that all operational matters are compliant to Maison’s policies and guidelines
- Monitor and control stock inventory and provide suggestions on replenishment/ movement of stocks according to sales trend and updated merchandising guidelines
- Responsible for all adhoc End-clients-Order (ECO) requests and work closely with HK and HQ team to fulfil the requests
- Liaise with appointed external vendors on maintenance needs of the boutiques and ensure boutiques meet Maison standard and all issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Support Retail Director in the planning, organization and collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors on boutique renovation, relocation and new boutique openings
- Support boutique teams in all retail operations matters which includes urgent understaffing, assistance during events etc
- Be involved in the policy set-up in boutiques, identify best practices and assess implementation in day-to-day boutique operations
- Ensure all policies and workflow are in sync at all boutiques and strictly adhere to compliance
- Conduct market research and keeping updated with all competitor’s events and pricing changes
- Assist the Retail Director to execute ad-hoc projects and related administrative work

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in retail operations, with strong analytical and retail mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle data crunching, report writing and workflow improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and efficient
- Fluency in English and an additional language (Mandarin preferred due to regular contact with mandarin speaking customers)
- High integrity with good ethics and values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions like Excel, PowerPoint and Word
