**Our Client**:
Our Client is a leading financial institution with presence in Europe, US and Asia. Currently, they are looking for a **Regulatory Compli **ance, V **P **and this person will be responsible for establishing and implementing a robust compliance program to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Responsible for handling submissions, regulatory enquiries, audits and maintain good working relationship with the regulatory authorities, including coordination for any regulator’s on-site inspection, if required；
- Provide sound advice and recommendations to relevant stakeholders on matters pertaining to regulatory and licensing issues for the licensed payment institutions；
- Identify and manage compliance and regulatory risks, act as a point of escalation for any policy and regulatory breaches to senior management；
- Responsible for formulating, reviewing, and maintaining compliance framework, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations； Conduct periodic internal compliance trainings and compliance risk assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance; or equivalent work experience;
- At least 7 - 12 years of relevant compliance, regulatory or similar experience;
- Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills;
- Knowledge of Fintech, payment institutions, payment systems, and similar legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore;
- Team player and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Experience in liaising with Singapore regulators preferred;
- Experience with e-commerce, payments or financial services preferred;
- Some travelling to be expected. Knowledge of capital market services licencees regulatory requirements preferred.
