
Senior / Executive, Group Office of Patient

You will support the Manager in the planning and execution of programmes that drive patient engagement. This includes providing support to the SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN), Patient Support Groups and relevant stakeholders to organise related activities such as the annual Singapore Patient Advocate Connection, Patient/Caregiver Awards and related initiatives to improve patient experience and health services. You will play an instrumental role in bringing forth the patient’s voice to enhance the quality and safety of care and services through building a network of empowered patient advocates. As part of the secretariat team that supports SPAN, you will help with the planning and organising of activities that will help SPAN in achieving its objectives, such as recruitment, day-to-day running of projects and regular meetings, and more.
- In addition, you will co-manage, co-conceptualise and implement key initiatives, such as the annual Singapore Health Inspirational Patient & Caregiver Awards where you will support its planning, publicity, vendor management, cross liaison with various stakeholders and execution of the event.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of experience in communications, service operations, partnerships & outreach, customer service and/or project management
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English with strong communication skills
- Experience in event management, community partnership or volunteer management will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
