As an Associate, you play an important role in managing the daily operations of the game. Having a passion for the gaming business, you constantly look for innovative ways to disrupt the way games are operated. You serve as a bridge between our data and business goals, providing deep insights for making business decisions. Besides, you are also the listener to our players, ensuring that their needs are being attended to.

**Job Description**:

- Take ownership over the configuration and QA of events launched by the team
- Preparation of post-event analysis and reports to conclude any findings and make meaningful recommendations
- Contribute in the design of new events or experiments to improve team objectives

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or relevant from recognized university
- Strong gaming background with knowledge of recent industry trends
- Able to construct basic SQL queries, knowledge of coding languages such as Python is desirable as well
- Past experiences working with data science teams is a plus; Understands concepts related to A/B tests and significance testing
- Tech-savvy and able to grasp introduction to new systems with ease
