**Job Purpose**
- The Strategy, Enterprise Risk & Investment (SERI) Office is looking for a motivated self-starter to support & drive strategic initiatives across the SMRT Group through collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and senior management.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and own elements of Group’s key strategic initiatives (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Lead and own elements of Group’s Annual Strategic Planning Cycle (e.g., Workplan, Budget)
- Lead and drive critical analyses (i.e. quantitative / qualitative) and business case build-up to support Managerial decision-making
- Lead Enterprise Risk and Controls across Group by working cross-functionally with business units and corporate functions
- Provide “Chief of Staff” support to Chairman and GCEO for key events and visits

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- 4 to 7 years working experience in a cross-functional set-up, preferably in an in-house strategy, corporate development or equivalent function
- Tertiary education (i.e. Diploma or Degree or equivalent)

**Skills**
- Given the multi-faceted nature of work, we are looking for a motivated self-starter who posses the following skills:

- Clarity in critical thinking and processing, ability to synthesize insights and define clear action plan, from data and facts
- Strong quantitative skills and numerical literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other enabling tools to drive detailed and robust analyses
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a cross-functional setup
