**Job Description and Duties**
- The Employee will be appointed as **Digital Project Manager**.

The role of the digital project manager requires one who is both a do-er and a thinker. He/she will be the main point of contact for clients on-site and will be responsible to manage the brief from start to finish. You will need to research, discover and come up with appropriate methods to resolve requests from the marcom team. You will have the flexibility of planning for yourself to be on-site or in the office to make the most of your role.
- The Employee’s duties in her appointment as an Digital Project Manager shall include:

- **Intelligent production**
- Help navigate complex IT framework and work out feasible workflow
- Build strong internal relationships across the agencies
- Update processes based on client’s request and requirements
- Ensure the best external talent is always used - developers, designers, copywriters, and specialists where necessary (liaise with relevant department heads and ensure they pass relevant tests)
- Organise teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results
- **Consultational approach**
- Build strong client relationships which enable a clear understanding of our clients’ Channel partner structure and external vendors. Be the ‘go-to’ person for Channel Marketing asset localization and production **.**:

- Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations, internal processes and department involvement
- Immerse yourself in the client’s brand and offering
- Manage the approval of quarterly budgets, flagging important budget fluctuations to the client and line manager
- The ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations and reports
- Act as a brand QC/Guardian - always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
- **Leadership**
- Willingness to drive thought-leadership efforts to help amplify our voice
- Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
- Ability to persuasively present and defend your own strategic thinking and synthesis - helping designers, engineers, and product managers do the same.
