Our client is a fast-growing global digital health company using disruptive mobile technologies to improve access to health and financial information and services for millions of customers.

They are looking for an ambitious, versatile and results-oriented Global Customer Insights Manager who is looking to make a strong personal contribution in building a world-class Mobile Health service and standards of primary care, specialist care, proactive prevention and disease management programmes to enable seamless health journeys for theirs customers.

Reporting to the Global Chief Medical Officer, you will be critical in delivering on their hugely ambitious strategy over the next few years. This will include critically analysing their data, distilling the "so what?" and identifying opportunities and solutions for services and product improvement. You will work closely with key stakeholders in their markets to understand consumers' health needs and generate insights through customer research and analysis to support the evolution of their mobile Health products and services.

You will lead the monitoring of Mobile Health operations and performance metrics and support driving action from insights. You will support strategic initiatives both globally and in markets from development through to successful implementation working with multifunctional teams. You will also support with global communication including reporting to Senior Leadership Team and Audit and Risk Committee.

You have a robust set of analytical skills with demonstrated ability to turn data into meaningful insights and solutions. You are a strong critical thinker who is able understand and critically evaluate business needs and issues. You also possess commercial mindset / background, ability to understand commercial impact and opportunity of healthcare operations, products and approaches.

You have a passionate interest in using innovation to fuel health inclusion. You will be motivated and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams across a range of countries and cultures to plan and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives. You are able to think globally (at scale) whilst acting locally when needed with a strong grasp of where localization and specific local context is important.

You are an excellent communicator in verbal and written forms; empathetic and has ability to influence and collaborate with others remotely cross-borders. You need to be agile and have strong self-management to be able to take a long-term view to projects that support strategy, but also react when needed to short term needs and opportunities as they arise.

You can deal with ambiguity, moving from problem/need to solution in areas that are new or little guidance is available. You have endless curiosity and a love of travel and experiencing different cultures.
