What will your essential responsibilities include?
- **Event Coordination**
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, i.e networking events, parties, tradeshow sponsorships;
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, promotional materials, manage invitations and RSVPs;
- Attend events to provide on-site support as needed.
- **Marketing Content Creation**
- Create and/or update marketing materials such as market guides and product sheets in collaboration with Singapore’s and Hong Kong’s teams and the Europe & APAC design team;
- **External Communications Content Creation**
- Bring support for:

- Social Media Management: Support in drafting social media posting on LinkedIn (of events, speaking engagements, new joiner announcements), propose ideas for content to enhance online presence;
- Drafting external communications content for brokers and clients;
- Coordinations of thought leadership articles, in collaboration with a writer and the Europe & APAC’s marketing team;
- Proof-reading written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- **Internal Communications Content Creation**
- Put together and send the monthly internal newsletters using a dedicated tool (Poppulo);
- Support the Human Resources team by editing and sending the mentoring program newsletter using Poppulo.
- **Corporate gifts**
- Support the selection of vendor(s) and corporate gifts;
- Follow up their orders, usage and stocks.
- **Analysis**
- Compile and analyze data from website and publications to generate insights for marketing strategies;
- Post event analysis on effectiveness;
- Prepare reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- **Administrative Support, Collaboration and Communication**
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including organizing online files and maintaining documentation in shared drive;
- Work closely with various teams to coordinate information;
- Communicate with external vendors and partners as needed.
