**Role and responsibilities:
- **Deliver customer satisfaction through API and Integration Design, Developer and Testing roles ensuring consistent use of methodologies with timely and effective delivery execution.**:

- **Develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve MuleSoft API issues.**:

- **Stay up to date on the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends.**:

- **Foster Relationships and become a trusted partner and advisor of Customers.**:

- **Provide guidance on development feasibility, alternate functionality, and performance considerations.**:

- **Ensure requirements are complete and accurate, estimate effort, design, develop and unit test solutions.**:

- **Participate and lead technical design and delivery meetings, including show & tell code walkthrough sessions.**:

- **Provide timely status updates to project leadership.**:

- **Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology.**:

- **Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients and colleagues on time and of quality.
**Qualifications and experience:
- **10+ years working experience with relevant integration tools such as middleware, ESB, ETL / MDM, API Gateway**:

- **Proven delivery track record on medium / large digital transformation programmes with Financial Services and Insurance industry experience desirable**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **3+ years minimum hands MuleSoft experience working MuleSoft v4.x including core components and capabilities such as ESB, APIM, Anypoint Monitoring.**:

- **Experience of MuleSoft in multiple hosting and deployment architectures including CloudHub and RTF**:

- **Other integration technology and delivery experience desirable**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.**:

- **Experience in working with CI/CD technologies such as git/bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Azure DevOps**:

- **Be experienced in process decomposition, process/ data analysis, scoping, optimisation.**:

- **Highly experienced with standards-based technology - JSON, REST, XML, BPEL, Web Services, WS-* Specifications**:

- **Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies
