We are lookig for a **Manufacturing Excellence Assistant (1 year contract)** to serve as the Digital Specialist and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all digital intiatives in our Jurong Factory. He/She will spearheads digitalisation and automation efforts including managing/maintaining all existing digital initiatives in the factory. Besides that, he/she will drive Manufacturing Excellence initiatives together with the team in the area of Goal Alignment (GA) and Focused Improvement (FI) and supports the implementation of the TPM methodology at the factory, e.g. AM and PM pillar tools, through digitalisation.

**Key Outputs**

1. Leadership of Digital Projects (e.g. DMO, POKA, etc.) - To develop and implement Digital Initiatives to improve performance and efficiency, and reduce cost whilst maintaining Nestle Safety and Quality Standards.

2. Report & validation of project results - Monitoring the implementation of Digital Intitatives within the factory, ensure that the benefits are properly measured and that the impact on cost and efficiency are clearly identified. Results are communicated to stakeholders.

3. Training & methodological support - Practice and serve as a mentor to the teams working on digital projects in the factory.

4. Technical support for digital solutions to ensure successful troubleshooting and business continuity.

5. Actively drive Manufacturing Excellence initiatives with the team through project execution, training and coaching in the area of Goal Alignment (GA) and Focused Improvement (FI).

6. Actively support the teams in the TPM activities on the shopfloor.

7. Promote and support cross-fertilisation of ideas, knowledge, standards and improvements.

8. Coordinate the support from external consultants if applicable.

9. Motivate & empower people through positive attitude and stimulate change in traditional mind set.

10. Consistent measuring, monitoring and improvement of factory standards whilst safeguarding assets.

11. Ensure the implementation of the Best Practices as defined in the Nestle standards.

12. Optimise the use of systems to maintain and improve competitiveness.

13. Hold paramount and adhere to all Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) practices in the workplace.

14. Understands and follows all food safety and quality practices and standards (FSSC22000, HACCP, lines of defence, etc.) in the workplace.

**Key Experiences**

1. Demonstrated capability to work with various stakeholders.

2. Proficient with using various digital tools, such as Power Apps and Power BI.

3. Good understanding of the business needs.

4. Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques. Implementation experience of TPM.

5. Intermediate knowledge of TPM or similar continuous improvement methodology.

6. Good understanding in change management.

7. Good influencing, communication and presentation skills.

8. Capable of project management, to formulate a plan and execute on time in full.

9. Exposure to SHE and food safety practices in a food & beverage manufacturing industry.
