Our Client is a company based in Singapore as the regional headquarter for global shipping and logistics services.
They are currently looking for a HR Executive who is an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual with a real passion for Human Resources.
【 What you will be doing 】
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Obtaining Staff Requisition Form from the hiring dept and ensure that form is endorsed by all hiring managers.
- Upon establishing interview appointments from both sides, informing an Asst HR Manager to sit in for an interview by sending an outlook calendar invite.
Learning & Development
- Ensuring that HOD has approved the staff's training program before directing them to fill in the internal course registration via SharePoint.
- Coordinating course registration between training providers and staff.
- Submitting invoice for approval via AA and monitoring payment transaction.
- Administrative support on sourcing for training centers, sourcing quotations, and training claims.
- Back-end support for logistics coordination.
Employee Welfare
- Checking and ensuring that claims are aligned with HR's policy before submitting.
- Coordinating staff’s welfare matters e.g. new birth, hospitalization, bereavement, etc.
- Verifying invoices and submitting them for approval via AA for payment to vendors.
E-leave Platform
- Performing e-leave platform support to staff whenever needed e.g. leave adjustment and cc group changes, etc.
- Tracking and recording statutory leaves e.g. childcare, maternity, paternity, etc to the Asst HR Manager for submission.
Other Ad-hoc roles
- ** Requirement**:

- Possess Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 years of operational experience in the HR field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of Timespay software and Sharepoint is an advantage (Training will be provided if does not possess the knowledge.)
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
