We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the crypto space to join our team as an **Junior Trader**that will focus on **SPOT Trading**.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Monitor the performance of algorithms on designated trading platforms and execute trades within predefined risk limits
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the trading operation system to improve reliability and reactive hedging
- Analyze and report on hedging and funding activities, and manage assets on our balance sheet effectively
- Assist with scripting configuration files and the database system as needed
- Collaborate with the quant team to develop and maintain risk management tools for the night desk's daily operations and handover
- Assist in flow management and execution of customer requests in both spot and options
- Help manage treasury operations and controls for the team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Possess a degree in technical field
- 0 - 2 year working experience in trading roles(sell side, buy side, quant) preferred
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Ability to work in high volume and volatile environment
- Able to commit to rotational and shift work
- Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and positive attitude
- Passionate about crypto, industry experience would be an advantage
