Specific
- Provide support to OCI activities and Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) implementation, including coordination, secretariat duties, supporting project management, consolidation of data, maintaining database and records, and planning of meetings.
- Manage the scheduling for Clinical Informatics related meetings for the Chief Medical Informatics Officer
- Plan and coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings for the OCI team, both within WH as well as with external organisations
- Support the activities relating to NGEMR Go-Live, including organising events, setting up for training and command centre
- General
- Provide support when needed to other administrative OCI functions apart from primary assigned scope of work (includes secretariat duties, supporting NGEMR Go-Live activities).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Deputy Director, OCI and Chief Medical Informatics Officer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 4 years of related experience preferably in healthcare, informatics and/or project management for Executive Assistant
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Self-driven with positive attitude towards acquiring new skill sets and managing change
