**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to lead our efforts in building, growing, and managing online communities across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in driving user engagement, collecting feedback, and ensuring the community becomes an active part of the product development journey. You will work across platforms like Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit, engaging users and creating a positive, vibrant community.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and content teams, leveraging social media interactions to create a two-way dialogue with users. Your work will play a pivotal role in user acquisition, retention, and the overall growth of RhinoX Mobile's brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Building and Engagement**:Establish and grow vibrant communities across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit. Create engaging spaces where users can interact with RhinoX Mobile products and each other.
- **Content Development and Collaboration**:Work closely with the Creative Designer and Content Strategist to develop engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with users and drives interaction.
- **Social Media Strategy**:Develop and implement social media strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging..
- **Feedback Collection and Analysis**: Actively collect and analyze user feedback from community platforms to inform product development and marketing strategies. Share insights with the product and marketing teams to influence product improvements and content strategies.
- **Cross-Platform Campaign Management**:Plan and execute cross-platform campaigns that increase user acquisition and retention, aligning with product launches and updates.
- **Monitor and Manage Community Sentiment**:Track discussions and sentiment across platforms, responding to user inquiries, addressing concerns, and managing community expectations.
- **Innovative Community Campaigns**:Develop creative campaigns that engage users based on global and seasonal trends, product updates, or cultural events.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:Work closely with product, marketing, and localization teams to ensure that community feedback is integrated into product iterations and social media content is adapted for regional markets.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Engaged and active communities across Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Regularly collected and actionable user feedback that informs product and marketing strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:3+ years of experience in managing social media and online communities.
- **Skills**:Strong understanding of community building, user engagement, and social media content strategy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Tools**:Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), community engagement tools (e.g., Discord Analytics), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven success in building engaged user bases across multiple platforms is a plus.
- Experience managing global communities and tailoring content for different regional and cultural audiences.
- Experience managing social media for mobile apps or tech products.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and localization teams to integrate community feedback.
- Adaptability to manage multiple platforms and tasks in a remote environment.
