
Creative Strategy and Operations Analytical Lead

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in management consulting or business strategy with prior work experience as an analyst or in an analytical function
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with large data sets (Google Sheets, SQL database queries/analysis)
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and dashboards (Connect Sales, Data Studio)
- Working knowledge of digital ads and creative industry
- Ability to influence decision makers by reflecting their needs, concerns and interests and actively engage their input, including senior stakeholders
- Flexible, proactive and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-moving ambiguous environment and handle multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously
- Good communicator with a demonstrated ability to problem solve, using relevant data to develop strategic, forward looking perspectives on business challenges and convey complex issues clearly
**About the job**:
In this role, you will set the go-to-market strategy, and ensure flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas and global teams that work across the business areas.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage creative tracking and delivery of key success metrics, developing strategic management updates (e.g., Exec Summary, QBRs, SLF reviews) and designing proposals and operational models to support service delivery excellence.
- Partner with in-market Creative Works teams on engagement plans, maintenance of account lists, segmentation strategies, and associated data needs to inform evolving impact reporting.
- Act as the “business partner” to the team, performing data-led opportunity analysis across services, products and tool adoption, developing business recommendations and input into broader team strategy.
- Own internal Creative go-to-market operations ensuring smooth systems functioning of the business and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Help shape growth strategies for Creative across the region, and work with other go-to-market teams to ensure future strategic needs are aligned and to share industry-wide insights and keep a pulse on the Creative ecosystem.
