STEM Aspire is a mentorship initiative that links female university students with mentors from Dell Technologies. Its objective is to inspire and empower dedicated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) students, encouraging them to pursue fulfilling careers in the technology sector. This encompasses potential areas such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, IT Management, and related fields.

The program will run from**May** till July 2025**, all events are mandatory for program completion.

**What are the Benefits**:

- Gain the chance to collaborate with a mentor and participate in regular meetings to deepen your comprehension of the IT industry
- Develop insight into technical careers within Dell Technologies
- Connect and network with accomplished women at Dell Technologies and fellow mentees

**We are looking for**
- Excellent in Communication (English) and active in learning
- Female bachelor student of 3rd and final year currently pursuing studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), 2nd Year students are encouraged to join too.
- Time availability to attend on site mentoring sessions, workshops, participate in small projects and etc. Each of these sessions will happen only once a month with just few hours.
- Passionate about learning and connecting with other people

**You will need**

- Open to network with other mentors/leaders in this program
- Attend and participate at least 85% of any sessions

- Upload a cover letter explaining why you want to be part of our mentorship program and what area of technologies are you most interested in?

We have limited openings and if you are selected for the program, you will receive a separate communication with more details on the next steps and the structure of the mentoring program.
