Teacher cum Admin
to join our growing team. This role combines
teaching robotics/coding
with
customer service and administrative responsibilities .
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Administration
Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students (via phone, email, and walk-ins).
Manage student registrations, scheduling, and class coordination.
Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, payments, and data entry.
Maintain an organised, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment, including simple cleaning of the centre and organising robotics kits.
Assist in marketing activities such as open houses, trial classes, and roadshows.
Teaching & Robotics Instruction
Conduct engaging and interactive robotics/coding classes for children aged 5–12.
Guide students in building and programming robots using LEGO SPIKE, Scratch, or simple code-card programming (training provided).
Prepare lesson plans, teaching kits, and classroom materials.
Provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to parents.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification (teaching/education background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy; experience in robotics or coding is an advantage (training will be provided).
Prior experience in teaching, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
