**In this role you will / need to have**:
- Have a holistic view of the Partner Ecosystem in ASEAN, ANZ and EMEA.
- Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, align partners with the sales teams to drive successful sales outcomes and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
- Expand existing Terrascope footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
- Become a trusted member of the sales team and own deal execution with partners, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.
- Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
- Prior experience working with Banking, Systems Integrators and Consulting Companies to achieve sales.
- Experience working in the territory with partners and customers
- Orchestrate various resources within Terrascope organization to assist capacity planning and partner strategy and recruitment activities to create and maintain a long-term, scalable channel model.
- Develop and maintain business plans with focus partners to establish clear, mutual commitments around marketing, skills development and sales, and incorporating the rhythm of the relationship.
- Drive implementation of commitments and goals established in the business plan and maintain a clear view of the business goals.
- Work and review with partners to maintain the pipeline as indicated by velocity and coverage ratio versus the established business goals. Hold reviews with partner sales teams to identify best practices.
- Utilize broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to implement on the business plans in order to help partners work towards business goals.
**You should have**:
- 10 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales, software vendor, or consultancy role.
- 5 years of experience managing professional service engagements and working with resellers/partners
- Experience working with cloud platforms in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Experience in managing partner businesses, by working through pipeline, sales, and deployment cycles.
- Experience advocating business software, with the ability to advocate SaaS platforms and services.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate in ambiguous work environments.
- Effective communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multi-regional, dynamic team.
- Foster and develop key relationships with new and existing partners in ASEAN, ANZ and Europe.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills in English
