**Job Summary**:
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for processing all catering orders across all sites including stores, online and offline.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle telephone and catering sales inquiries
- Responsible for preparing and updating reports such as daily sales, catering KPIs etc
- Handle all order transfers, cancellations, and returns management in the ordering system
- Handle all order management across sites to ensure timely deliveries and returns
- Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely catering order service and resolve issues
- Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Support in-service recovery and providing any necessary information on orders
- Report and analyse Catering KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc) for all sites
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant industry
- Diploma/Degree in any field of study
**Personality and Competencies/Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in managing eCommerce catering ordering system
- Able to multi task and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Exceptional keen eye for detail and critical thinker with problem solving skills
- Team player, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
