Being part of the Operations team, our Wellbeing team is responsible for the development, implementation, and measurement of global programs to support all T&S teams achieve improved psychological health as well as working environments, especially those who are exposed to graphic and objectionable content, for both in-house teams and business partners. In this role as a Program Management intern, you will be a vital part of the Wellbeing team, supporting the coordination and implementation of wellbeing projects to serve our T&S teams across the globe.
**Responsibilities**:
What will I be doing?
You will be involved in the end-to-end program management of internal Wellbeing projects and campaigns for Trust & Safety employees globally.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., internal teams, external vendors) and ensure internal wellbeing programs and services are implemented and delivered to agreed quality and timescales.
- Identify wellbeing opportunities and needs across the regions, ensuring that program communications and delivery are engaging and culturally relevant for Trust & Safety employees globally.
- Responsible for designing and producing rich media assets (in accordance to corporate design guidelines) for internal communication and promotional campaigns.
- Provide administrative support and coordination of internal Wellbeing programs such as the coordination and scheduling of program logistics (e.g., managing participants list, calendar invitations, attendance trackers and surveys).
- Monitor program feedback from different sources and provide data interpretation and insights development support for business updates on global program engagement rates
Responsibilities are not exhaustive, but are intended to give an overall picture of the role.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- You are currently a student
- Previous work experience or internships in Project Management and Communications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Competent in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc
- Good at communication and understands requests precisely
- Proactive learner, agile-minded and resourceful in problem solving
- Comfortable collaborating as a team player in a global team and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Psychology or related studies
