We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable civil engineering and construction firm in Singapore with over 30 years of experience, specializing in oil & gas and chemical plant projects.

**Job Scope Includes**:

- Prepare and submit tenders, quantity take-offs, pricing, and method statements
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Track variations, manage claims, and monitor project timelines
- Prepare monthly reports, progress payments, and final account settlements
- Regular site visits to support execution and planning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be based in Singapore and open to long-term relocation
- Proficient in Mandarin
- Familiar with both pre
- and post-contract QS responsibilities

**Working Hours**:
Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
