Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor. Location: Novena Area Work Days: 5 Days With 1 Full Saturday Work, 8am - 6pm Salary: $3000 - $5000 (Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability. - **Location**: Novena Area
- **Work Days**:5 Days With 1 Full Saturday Work, 8am - 6pm
- **Salary**:$3000 - $5000 (Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings
- Conduct RFQ and perform cost comparison
- Review subcontractor’s progress claim and issue payment certificate.
- Prepare required tender document (BOQ, Subcontract Draft, SOW and etc) for subcontract selection.
- Manage contractual issues with subcontractors and prepare letters to subcontractors with contract manager.
- Process and manage internal process (Work Order, Payment Approval, etc.) using ERP system.
- Update internal database for detailed information and reference (Subcontract payment status, Bond status, etc.)
- Coordinate with other project site teams for subcontractor matters.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in Civil / LTA Project underground project
- Familiar with Autocad 2D / 3D
- Fluent in English (Written / Spoken)
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
