**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support RMs in managing and growing a portfolio of high-deposit corporate clients
- Assist in cross-selling bank solutions, including cash management and treasury services
- Handle onboarding tasks such as account opening, maintenance, periodic reviews, KYC, CDD, AML, and risk profiling to meet internal and Head Office compliance standards
- Coordinate closely with RMs and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to client queries and the smooth execution of trade transactions
- Track and follow up on credit facility renewals, and ensure timely documentation and registration
- Maintain daily trackers and follow up on outstanding items
- Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Banking, Finance, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate banking or trade finance support roles
- Familiarity with trade products and corporate banking operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and Head Office
