**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:Assist the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely support.
- **Client Onboarding**:Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting required documentation, verifying identity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Document Checks and Completion**:Collating and ensuring documents are submitted according to our checklist and most importantly completing the necessary documents on behalf of our clients.
- **Support**:Assist and train clients in the use of MetaComp’s systems for their trading/investment/fund management activities. Work closely with internal teams to test systems and provide feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
- **Market Research**:Stay informed about cryptocurrency markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments to provide clients with accurate information and insights.
- **Administrative Support**:Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, and assist in monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or transactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including Sales, Compliance, and Operations, to deliver seamless service and support to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Bilingual in both **English **and **Mandarin **for communication with internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrencies (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
