Our business is primarily focused on enabling the growth of companies and projects in the Renewable Energy, NextGen Infrastructure and Net-Zero transition markets across Asia. We are seeing consistent pent-up demand for our services and have created this brand-new role to complement our growth in the region.
We are open to a Hybrid model or working from the office in our Downtown HQ, depending on the needs and motivations of the individual.
A successful and motivated individual for this role will definitely bring a high attention to detail, be willing to learn complex aspects of international mobilisation and deployment, enjoy interacting with people across the World, and ideally have an inner creative flare that can help support our employee and external branding and the message we take to the broader market.
Reporting to our Operations Manager APAC, the ideal individual will need:
- External client interface experience, it could be from a recruitment environment background but any prior customer facing roles would also be considered.
- To take part in the full lifecycle administration of the contractor - supporting work permits, arranging flights and accommodation, transfers, undertaking references, collating work experience letters, educational certificates, and other relevant certificates, generating purchase orders, preparing monthly reports, and dealing with timesheet/pay queries and other work-related concerns of our contractors.
- A level-headed and confident personality - with the ability manage tricky customers and unpredictable situations. Someone who is comfortable engaging with clients and building strong relationships for a seamless customer and contractor experience.
- To be highly organised with a strong ability to effectively plan daily tasks - you will be dealing with different contractors from a broad demographic with multiple stakeholders so attention to detail and task planning will be essential.
