**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the General Manager, SEA, this role is responsible for leading marketing strategy development and ensuring successful execution, product management and centralized clinical support in South East Asia.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead collaboration between regional and country marketing teams to develop and execute on country plans, marketing plans, go-to-market plans (for new products) and strategies.
- Provide support to country marketing teams in new product launches and sales execution.
- Develop regional and/or country specific sales and marketing collaterals.
- Drive product life-cycle management and rationalization based on market insights.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers.
- Support Senior Commercial Manager, SEA during monthly country business review meeting for the following: market trends, competitive activities, sales performance, latest projections, marketing activities and key account management.
- Organize and drive marketing trainings to ensure the country teams are empowered for growth.
- Support General Manager, SEA in the annual strategic planning process.
- Lead the clinical support team to drive utilization on TBCT devices.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing and/or Business (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience, with at least 5 years in a regional Marketing role in Diagnostics, Medical Device or Life Science field. Prior sales experience in this relevant industry is an advantage.
- People management and leadership experience is preferred.
