- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, front of house, and inventory management

- Ensure guests receive top-notch service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all food preparation, service, and sourcing comply with halal standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Min 1-2 years experience in supervisory role in the food industry, ideally within halal or hotpot cuisine.

- Strong understanding of halal dietary requirements and related regulatory compliance.
