Finance Specialist - Regulatory & Financial Reporting (6 months contract)

Seeking experienced financial and accounting professional to join the Financial Management team. The analyst's primary focus is on intercompany transaction and tax matters relating to the Singapore office. The role will also be responsible for proving financial support to the regulatory team when needed.

**Tax reporting**:

- Prepare and ensure timely completion on annual corporate tax reporting
- Assist in the transfer pricing documentation
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly GST reporting and entries

**Financial reporting**
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of month end closing controls on the Intercompany function. This includes timely intercompany reconciliation, billing and settlement cycle
- Supporting in the intercompany related accounting entries and maintenance of General ledger.

**Others**
- Back the team in MAS regulatory reporting where necessary
- Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects in support of department's initiatives

**Qualifications**

Work Experiences Requirement
- Conversant with financial accounting and reconciliations.
- Good team player with ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with mínimal supervision and within tight timelines
- Strong attention to details and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
