**Job Title: Social Media Manager (Part-Time/Hourly)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Appointment Setting**: Engage with potential clients and agents via social media to schedule consultations.
**Content Creation**: Develop simple but compelling posts (graphics, short videos, captions) to promote our services.
**Agent Interaction**: Coordinate with insurance agents to align on promotions, updates, and client needs.
**Performance Tracking**: Report on engagement metrics and optimize strategies for better conversions.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**:

- Basic video editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere) for social media reels/stories.
- Familiarity with lead-generation tools (e.g., Facebook Leads, LinkedIn Outreach).

**Requirements**:
