**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide service support to functions such as customer’s static data maintenance, remittance & domestic payments, account on-boarding, internet banking enrollment, conveyancing account etc. depending on section assigned. - Perform transaction using bank front-end system or checker role, within authority limit, when necessary - Provide advice and liaise with internal and external customers in the area of expertise
