The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months Full-time contract.

What you will be working on

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with colleagues from the sports centres and booking office to facilitate venue usage

• Liaise with head coaches for assessment, programme planning, logistics support

• Assist in the overall process and documentation of hiring, assessment, deployment of assistant coaches

• Managing the monthly timesheets (verification, payment) for all coaches and payment

• Support the transition phase for future programme registration system

• Contribute to the planning of Season Finales and outreach events

What we are looking for

Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Tertiary education in Sport Management is advantageous

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience and track record in relevant areas, such as sport development, academy management related work, is advantageous

• Experience in project management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Proficient computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications and internet research)

• Good organisational, management and administrative skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
