**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives for our educational courses.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients, including educational institutions, businesses, and individual learners.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the educational courses sector.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their potential in promoting and selling our educational courses.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to present to management, focusing on key metrics related to course sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business growth for our educational courses.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's educational courses.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the educational sector.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team focused on educational courses.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with educational institutions, businesses, and learners.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, passionate about promoting and selling educational courses.
- Knowledge of the educational sector and the ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of our courses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
