**Your role**
- We’re looking for an experienced recruitment lead to help the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) build out across Asia Pacific. You will:
- be the service owner for the CDIO Agile pod, guiding a cross functional team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators
- manage workload and allocate resource while being mindful of pod members based in different time zones
- ensure a best in-class hiring experience for all stakeholders
- present regular recruitment data updates to HR and business stakeholders
- work on employer branding, marketing events, careers fairs etc
- identify top tech talent from around the globe using innovative direct sourcing methodologies
- build strong relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists including Reward, Talent and Internal Mobility to ensure great outcomes
- contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects

- You'll be part of the Group Functions recruiting team in Singapore and Service Owner for the CDIO pod. Working in a heavy agile environment, you’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to identify top talent.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- proven experience delivering technology hires at all levels, including senior hiring
- strong understanding of a wide variety of software development technologies
- the ability to get creative - think outside the box on innovative sourcing strategies to ensure we find the best talent
- excellent story telling skills, with the ability to attract and engage stakeholders from around the world
- a very agile mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at any point in time
- the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders who may be based in different parts of the world
- previous in-house / rpo experience essential, with experience of managing the full end to end recruiting process
