Operations & Marketing Engagement Manager (Children Enrichment)

**Location**: Mountbatten Centre (occasional travel to other centres), Singapore
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Tue-Fri **11:00am-9:00pm** - Sat **8:30am-6:00pm** - **Sun & Mon off**
**Salary**:S$2,800 - S$3,500** (commensurate with experience)

We’re a leading enrichment centre specialising in **abacus & mental arithmetic**. Our mission is to nurture young minds through fun, structured and effective learning. We’re seeking a hands-on **Operations & Marketing Engagement Manager** to connect with parents, drive programmes, and support centre-wide campaigns and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Build and maintain **staff rosters**; ensure smooth daily operations.
- Plan and run **training** to raise performance and professionalism.
- Set **targets/KPIs** and track progress.
- Develop and implement **policies, SOPs and operational plans**.
- Monitor workflows, **troubleshoot** issues, and implement corrective actions.

Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute **campaigns, promotions and referral programmes**.
- Manage **social media** (photos, videos, posts, stories) and content calendars.
- Explore and collaborate with **influencers/KOLs** to increase visibility.

Parent Relations & Customer Engagement
- Handle enquiries and **arrange trial lessons**.
- Conduct **onboarding follow-ups** after enrolment.
- Contact parents who submit withdrawals to gather feedback.
- Run **annual parent surveys** and share referral offers where relevant.

Events & Internal Coordination
- Plan/coordinate **events** (grading exams, roadshows, workshops).
- Brief and motivate staff on campaigns to ensure clear **parent comms**.
- Capture **photo/video** assets for marketing collateral and social media.

Insights & Reporting
- Gather **parent feedback** to improve programmes.
- Track and report **campaign effectiveness** with practical insights.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Early Childhood/Education/Marketing/Communications/Business** or related.
- Experience in **marketing, events, or customer service** preferred.
- Confident communicator; comfortable engaging with **parents**.
- Creative and hands-on with **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok** (basic shooting/editing).
- Proactive, organised, able to **multi-task** and work cross-functionally.
- Tools advantage**:Meta Business Suite, Canva/CapCut, GA4/Meta Ads reporting, basic Excel/Sheets**.
