Job Responsibilities:

- Meeting with prospective and existing clients to assess the services they require.
- Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.
- Keeping up to date with alterations to immigration laws.
- Research for information regarding immigration matters.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from the client.
- Manage own caseload and assist colleagues where required, including to comply with all associated administrative duties.
- Keeping clients up to date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays.
- Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents as and when necessary.
- Maintain the database with accurate client information and milestones, update library.
- Other general administrative work e.g., reporting and data management.

**Education Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant.

**Skills**:

- Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.
- Strict observance of all applicable deadlines.
- Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and research driven individual.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Demonstrates professionalism, proactive and mature demeanour.
- Recognizes and solves routine problems.
- Team player.
- Possess a “can-do” attitude - Positive and personable.
