We are now seeking a motivated and results driven talent to join our Singapore Team as Process Technician, Encap.

**Your Focus**
- Performing all production tasks of gathering, charging, automation, blending, packing of materials and collection of batch sample for quality control purposes.
- Troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of Fragrances capsule production such as scales, pumps, valves, etc.
- Ensure on time root cause analysis & resolution of quality non-conformances.
- Execution and completion of incomplete batches by proper selection of equipment, raw materials, tools and machinery and trouble shooting.
- Perform and record daily check sheets such as scale calibration, process controls and forklift.
- Understanding of the Production and Process flow. Sound knowledge on the equipment, troubleshooting and their design parameters
- Create and write SOPs as required for new pieces of equipment and/or new process implementation Investigate process.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Maintenance activities as according to schedule planned to ensure the systems are well maintained for specific equipment assignment in production

**Required experience and skills**
- A minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
- 1 year of working experiences in chemical, Paints (Resins, Emulsions) or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical aspects of the process instrumentation
- Good written and Verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point, Access)
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SAP an added advantage
- Forklift driving with license will be an added advantage.
- Being able to work independent with mínimal supervision and a team player.
- Possess Problem solving and data analysis skills
- Comfortable to work in shift system and potentially an extended shift system in the future.
- Practice Good Manufacturing principles and comply at all times to GMP, Safety and Legislative requirements.
