Project Assignment

Deliverables
- Establish daily dashboard (yield/ quality report/ FDC) to identify top pareto of scrap and working with process owner for improvement projects.
- Analyze existing process control (SPC/FDC) for optimization and improvement for encap and post encap area
- Opportunity to involve in vision teaching and establish defect library through machine learning.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional team for project execution (PEE/PCS/SPC/EE/MFG)

Key Skills and Competencies
- Open-minded and willing to explore and learning new skill
- Good in analytical and problem-solving skill with high tenacity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- Familiarity with semiconductor field or products is added advantage

**Qualifications**:
Students who pursuing Diploma in Mechanical/Production or any equivalent Engineering field is required.

Duration

4-6 months internship period
