**Role: Trade Finance PMO**

**Responsibilities**:
**-**Schedule projects and plan resources while considering dependencies.
- Develop evaluation criteria (e.g., critical points) and coordinate with departments like IT and Compliance.
- Respond to regulatory requirements and support administrative tasks.
- Manage project issues, create reports and documents for management, and track progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Scheduling project and resource planning ensuring that resource allocation is optimized and dependencies across all projects are considered.
- Provide support to PMs in the Trade Finance business area, including project lead and management.
- Standardize project management processes, such as constructing reporting structures and determine reporting content.
- Coordinate cost and resource allocation across Trade Finance, working with Cross-Functional PMO and Business Area PMs.
- Manage progress and issues involving Business Analysts, User Task members, and Developers in Trade Finance.
- Communication and negotiations among Business (Transaction Banking Section, Operations, Front Office) and IT to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet needs and expectations.
- Make decisions in coordination with stakeholders, balancing requirements and deadlines.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Extensive PMO Experience in Core banking, trade finance, or corporate lending projects.
- Proven ability to lead PMO tasks independently.
- Experience in the banking industry as a bank employee or consultant providing services to banks.
- Familiarity with package system implementation, such as CGITrade360 or ACBS.
- Strong knowledge in Trade Finance.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges and risks.
- Hands-on experience in interacting with users to gather and refine requirements and Strong focus on creating user-friendly and efficient automation tools will be an advantage.

- PMO BANKING: 7 years (preferred)
