Work with PMO to ensure appropriate Program Management and Project & Change Management Frameworks are integrated into the project planning. Complete full analysis of the project to ensure that all governance framework is embedded within the project & strictly adhered to. Effective project stakeholder management and ensure appropriate resource planning is undertaken at the start of each initiative. Requirements Ensure that appropriate project resources are involved in the initiatives including technology, business units and project resources. Active and accurate communication to ensure all stakeholders are kept updated, allowing for timely interventions/ mitigations as required. Leading the change through all stages from requirement gathering to implementation. Collaborating with development teams, testing teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirement.
