**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Familiar with the local employment regulation.
- Understanding of Part VI of the employment act.
- Prepare and issue employment contract and conduct on boarding orientation for new join.
- Conduct interview with hiring manager.
- Conduct exit interview for resignee.
- Able to communicate clearly to all department/sessions on human resource matters.
- Maintaining employees P-file and update their profile and personal particulars.
- Ensure that all documents in the P-file is up to date.
- Attendance management in the TMIS system
- Computation of final payment for resignees, submission for tax clearance.
- Capture the FWL.
- Carry out statutory surveys as required.
- Manage and renew the company's insurance policies such as FW medical insurance, H & S, Personal accident, Liability, WICA, all risk etc.
- Familiar with HRIS system function
- Work closely with HR Manager to manage affliates company cliams etc.
- Ensure that all claims is in accordance with the Company's HR policy and procedure.
- Conduct check and balance.
- Perform E-leave
- Generate reports as required and on monthly basis.
- Able to liaise and work closely with subsidaries administrative staff.
- Manage staff welfare.
- Submit claims for maternity, paternity, NS make-up pay, childchild care leave etc.
- Prepare schedule for performance appraisals, and letters of increment etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in human resources, administration etc.
- At least 3 or more years of related working experience in human resources.
- Adaptable and meticulous.
- Knowledge of Employment Act.
- Knowledge of EFMA Act
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Able to work independent with mínimal guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, vlook-up etc.
- Able to join with short notice or immediate.
