Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Has 10+ years of professional services consulting experience.- Has defined and led the design (mix of consultant and client team) of a full lead-to-order life-cycle sales process for at least 2 multi
- national/global companies that sell complex product offerings.- Has led the process definition for sales lead, opportunity and account management processes.- Has led the design and training of sales processes enable through major SaaS cloud CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics) using tools like Lucid, Vizio and Jira.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- The ability to train and mentor other professionals- The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferences:
- Certification in one or more SaaS CRM platforms preferably in Salesforce and MS Dynamics.- Experience in developing future state business roadmaps- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
