- Manage the respective crane controllers under his/her care;
- To stand in should any of the controllers be on leave/MC;
- To train and guide the controllers should they face any issues either with clients/operators;
- Plan and arrange for all cranes’ maintenance in accordance to manufacturer’s guidelines;
- Responsible for sourcing and negotiating the best rates with external suppliers to support the sales’ orders in the event that our own equipment is insufficient to support;
- Plan for replacement and recruitment of operators as and when required;
- Attend to night call and/or urgent request if required;
- Manage the designated storage space for cranes;
- Ultimately he/she is to provide the best service and quickest turnaround time for the equipment under his/her care.
