**As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for**:

- Supervising general transport operations and activities
- Planning and scheduling manpower and transportation resources
- Preparing and documenting transportation operations reports
- Supervise a transport operations team and work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his work
- Identify risk factors that impact efficiency and safety of transport execution
- Perform incident or crisis management initiatives
- Plan continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
- Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities

**Requirements**:

- 2 years expereince in managing fleet of 30 to 50 drivers
- Possess a valid Class 3, Class 4 driving license or forklift license would be an advantage
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with all levels
- Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Application
- Attention to detail, mature, positive, and able to work independently and in a team
