**Roles & Responsibilities**

He/She is expected to operate to the highest standards of safety and ethics, in accordance with the REC’s Code of Conduct.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

1. Tasks
- Support testing procedures for Solar Modules upon requests from Engineers
- Prepping modules for tests including cleaning of modules
- Assist in the fabrication of Modules and Mini-Modules (requires Soldering skills and Knife safety/confidence)
- Monitor test sequences of Solar Modules/Mini-Modules
- Assist Engineers for new product development tasks
- Maintain 5S in work locations
- Develop new skills for personal self-improvement

2. Safety - The KPI is zero safety cases
- Comply with the company’s safety protocol at all times
- Participate in projects related to safety improvement

3. Communication and Presentation
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with Technology Engineers and Manufacturing Staff

4. Others
- Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the degree of difficulty and involvement of the specific targets set in the department
