**Job Description**:
We are looking for a branding expert with excellent interpersonal skills to manage Mount Faber Leisure Group's Attraction Marketing (Singapore Cable Car, Wings of Time, SkyHelix Sentosa), Branding, Regional and Trade Marketing for Mount Faber Leisure Group’s suite of products.

**Key Responsibilities
1. Attraction Marketing
- Plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive attraction and package sales
- Oversee attraction ATL campaign and BTL production for on-site marketing, including creative conceptualization, copywriting, brochure print, distribution management, campaign roll-out and performance reporting through close collaboration with Sales department and media agency.

2. Branding
- As the brand guardian of Mount Faber Leisure, the Assistant Manager is an expert in brand identity overseeing all attractions creatives to ensure all visual communications are on brand, factual and consistent, where artwork is produced in the utmost quality
- He/she will lead long-term brand and marketing strategies, provide market insight to create a positive perception of the destination brand Mount Faber Peak, continuously maintain and protect Mount Faber Leisure’s position as the preferred brand for leisure and lifestyle offerings
- To set a strong brand foundation for new attraction project by working closely with in-house designers and creative vendor on conceptualization, logo, brand narratives, key messaging, CI guide, brand video and image assets creation

3. Trade Marketing
- Work hand-in-hand with Partner Sales Department to lead development of trade marketing strategies and collaterals to maximize each attraction product brand's presence in the identified overseas market, travel agent partners' platform and across MICE &Trade channels
- Manages and ensures efficient use of Trade Marketing budget to achieve shared B2B goals.

4. Regional Marketing
- Leads regional growth of assigned key markets, (i.e., China, India) and proactively preparation for inbound marketing execution according to latest border measures
- Partner with strategic alliances such as airlines, overseas banks and content partners to create awareness for Mount Faber Leisure’s suite of attraction offerings to secure pre-departure/advance sales in the identified markets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications
- At least 5- 7 years of relevant work experience in trade and regional marketing
- Branding expert, strong attention to details
- Possess excellent written, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and passionate about marketing
- Convincing, able to seek management buy-in by providing sound judgment and brand rationale
- Results-focused, excellent time management and ability to multi-task
- Great interpersonal skills to manage vendors and internal stakeholders
- Seasoned with managing creative, printer and media agency for campaign activation and production of traditional BTL collaterals.
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
- Able to craft compelling audience-centric messages
- Experience in the lifestyle / tourism industry is a plus.
- Minimal regional travel required
